Perrycliff Cottage is the perfect escape for a break with your friends or your family. There is ample room to relax and dine, and spend time with your loved ones, or to spread out across the many sofas in many rooms (especially if you want a little break from the kiddies – the cottage is completely child friendly).

There is a large terrace with seating and a bbq, plus an orchard where you can watch the sunrise, or the sunset if you are not an early riser. As the cottage is perched atop a hill, the views are truly breath taking, even more so if you are escaping the hustle and bustle of city life. Plus, a tennis court!

What else is included in your stay?

Sandra, the property owner, is extremely helpful and hospitable! On your arrival, she puts together a welcome hamper for you, including some much needed essentials, fresh flowers from the garden, and seasonal produce from her vegetable patch.

Plus, there are luxury toiletries in the bathrooms from Myddfai Trading Company, which are from the Brecon Beacons, not too far from the holiday cottage in Ross on Wye.

All towels, bath robes, bedding etc are included, plus there is a hairdryer in each room.

The cottage has free wifi throughout, a speaker/radio with bluetooth, plus a TV with DVD player in both of the living rooms, which have BT sport & BT TV. Each bedroom also has a TV in case you fancy a lazy morning in bed! Plus, a selection of DVDs, jigsaws, chess and books for you to enjoy.

There are also all kitchen essentials, plus other fun appliances like a bread maker and coffee grinder. And even torches, binoculars and a heated drying cupboard for boots and coats!

Wye Valley Holiday Cottages: Perrycliff Cottage is a charming and cosy cottage just outside Ross on Wye. The cottage is newly renovated and is in a little village called Upton Bishop. Sandra Major manages the holiday cottage. Sandra is a lovely local welsh lady, who lives in a property on the grounds.

 

About Perrycliff Cottage: Wye Valley Holiday Cottages.

The cottage sleeps 8 people, and all four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is a large reception room, and also a second sitting room so that you can all relax in your own space.

Externally, the cottage also has a large terrace with seating and a barbecue, private off road parking, storage for bikes, a tennis court and also a lovely orchard, which you have private access to.

There is also a working open fire in the living room, with logs and coal. Perfect for cosying up after a long day of walks in the beautiful Wye Valley countryside.

What’s in my cottage?

For every visit, Sandra puts together a welcome hamper, which includes fresh flowers and seasonal produce, that she grows herself. The hamper also has tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, eggs, crisps, butter & something sweet. There are shops in the nearby town of Ross-on-Wye where you can purchase everything you need. This hamper helps to set you up for your stay at the cottage!

There are also Eqyptian cotton towels, bed linen, bath robes, luxury toiletries, cleaning products & loo roll in the cottage for you.
