How will I get the keys to my cottage?
We will meet you at the property on arrival to handover keys.

Do you supply cots and high chairs?
We can supply travel cots suitable for children up to 24 months old, highchairs and stair gates, all free of charge.
Is Perrycliff Cottage accessible for people with disabilities or limited mobility?
Perrycliff is an old building with changes in level. It has quite a narrow staircase and some internal tiled steps. Visit England have awarded the cottage an M1 award meaning it is suitable for older and less mobile guests. You can view our Accessibility Statement here . If you or anyone in your party has any specific mobility needs, please email any enquiries to email@example.com or phone us on 07831 091767 to discuss your requirements, before you book.
What time do we need to leave?
Please leave no later than 10 am on your departure date. We really do need to start work straight away and our housekeepers will let themselves into the cottage at 10 am promptly.
What time can we arrive?
You can arrive for your holiday from 4pm. If you get here earlier than this, you won’t be able to access the cottage as our housekeepers need all the time between changeovers to make it perfect for your arrival.
